Inositol
Form leaves from the complex B and is intimately united to the hill and the biotina. Form leaves from weaves of all the alive beings: in the animals forming part of the phospholipids, and in the plants like fítico acid, uniting to the iron and calcium in an insoluble complex of difficult absorption.

Inositol takes part in the lecitina formation, that is used to transfer fats from the liver to the cells, reason why is essential in the metabolism of fats and aid to reduce the sanguineous cholesterol.

The minimum contribution is not certain necessary, but it is considered that the optimal dose is between the 50 and the 500 mg. to the day.
