Iodine
Indispensable for the good operation of the gland thyroid. Aid to the growth, improves the mental agility, burns the excess of fat and correctly develops the nails, hair, skin and teeth. The iodine deficiency gives rise to the goiter, in which the gland thyroid increases of size of spectacular form.

Sources: Marine salt, fish, seafood, seaweed and vegetables cultivated in rich iodine grounds.

Recommended minimum contribution: 150 µg / día.
