Active Principles.

Abundant glucomannan, mucilages.

Drug Action.

The glucomannan has a sequestrant (form a viscous gel which slows the absorption of carbohydrates and lipids) an effect voluminizante (increases the filling of the stomach and increases the feeling of satiety) The mucilages give it a laxative action and demulcent.

Indications.

Adjunct in the treatment of overweight, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and constipation, diarrhea.

Contraindications.

Esophageal stenosis or pilórica.

Caution / Poisoning.

We recommend not combine their administration with any other medicine, since it can significantly reduce its absorption.

Galenica forms / Dosage.

Powder:

1 - 2 capsules of 500 - 750 mg accompanied by two or more glasses of water or juice, half an hour before meals.

One of 1, 500 mg, diluted in a glass of fruit juice. Take a spoonful half hour before meals. Then drink one or two glasses of water.
