English: guarana bread, uaraná.

Brazil: guarana - grape.

Decoction to 3%, two cups a day.

Fluid extract (1: 1) 25 to 50 drops, one to three times a day.

Tincture (1: 10) 50 - 100 drops, one to three times a day.

Dry extract (5: 1) 100 mg in the morning.

Syrup (3% extract fluid) 1 to 3 tablespoons a day.

Dust: 0. 5 - 2 g / day.

We recommend not manage at night.
