Description:

Esquinancia the herb is a small plant that rarely reaches more than two spans tall. The strain persists for a long time, but the branches and leaves are renewed every year. These branches are very thin and lack of hair. The pointy leaves are grouped and are born in groups of four or five different knots. It grows in dry places and limestone, especially in the rather rocky and sandy at any altitude, either at sea or in mountains near the 2, 000 m.

Indications.

Cystitis, urolithiasis, urethritis, nephritis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis. Adjunct in the treatment of obesity and hypertension. Angina (esquinancia)

Caution / Poisoning.

Administration:

Infusion. It gets half a liter of water to boil and then add 30 gr. of the plant. Is taken as a diuretic and to dilute the calculations 3 times daily after meals. Cooking. Galenica forms / Dosage.

Infusion: one tablespoon per cup of dessert, three or more per day.

Decoction: in the form of gargle or cataplasms.
